(CIN U35109TN2024PTC175283), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Plot No A4, 1st Main Road, Chandrasekharan Avenue, Okkiyam Thuraipakkam, Chennai – 600 097, Tamil Nadu, India ("GOGREEN", "we", "us" or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

1.2 This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store and protect your personal data when you use our website www.gogreenchargingindia.com, the GOGREEN Charging mobile app, our EV charging stations, the GOGREEN RFID card and related services (together, the "Services").

1.3 This Policy is issued in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

1.4 By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Policy.

2.1 Data you give us:

• Account details: name, mobile number and email address.
• Vehicle details: vehicle make, model and registration number.
• RFID card application details.
• Franchise enquiry details: name, contact details, city or district, land availability and your message.
• Job application details: name, contact details, CV and work history.
• Messages you send to our customer care team.

2.2 Data collected automatically:

• Location data: from your mobile device, with your permission.
• Charging session data: station used, date, time, units consumed (kWh) and amount paid.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, IP address, app version and how you use the Website and App.
• Cookies and analytics data: as explained in Section 6.

2.3 Payment data:

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. We receive only the transaction ID, payment status, amount and payment method type.

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Show nearby charging stations and live charger status;
• Start, manage and bill your Charging Sessions;
• Process Wallet recharges and payments;
• Issue and manage your RFID card;
• Respond to your questions, complaints and support requests;
• Process franchise and business enquiries;
• Review job applications;
• Send service messages, such as charging updates, receipts and important notices;
• Send offers and updates about GOGREEN, where you have agreed to receive them;
• Improve our Services, stations and App;
• Prevent fraud and misuse, and keep our Services secure; and
• Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We process your personal data:

• With your consent, which you give when you register, submit a form or allow app permissions;
• Where it is needed to provide the Services you have asked for; and
• For other legitimate uses allowed under the DPDP Act, including compliance with law.

5.1 The App collects your device location, with your permission, to show nearby charging stations, give directions and improve station recommendations.

5.2 You can turn off location access at any time in your phone settings. If you do, some features, such as finding nearby stations, may not work properly.

6.1 Our Website and App use cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics and tracking tools, to understand how visitors use our Services and to improve them.

6.2 These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent, device type and general location.

6.3 You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the Website work.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Payment partner: Razorpay, to process your payments securely.
• Franchise Partners: the operator of the Charging Station you use, only to the extent needed to run and support your Charging Session.
• Service providers: companies that help us with cloud hosting, SMS, email, customer support and analytics. They may use your data only to provide services to us.
• Legal authorities: government bodies, courts or law enforcement agencies, where required by law.
• Business transfers: a buyer or successor, if GOGREEN is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

8.1 We use reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. These include secure servers, encryption, access controls and regular reviews.

8.2 No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.3 If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected users, as required under the DPDP Act.

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. We may keep certain records for longer where required by law, such as tax, accounting and audit records. After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• Correct, complete or update your personal data;
• Ask us to erase your personal data, subject to legal requirements;
• Withdraw your consent at any time;
• Have your complaint addressed by our Grievance Officer; and
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We may send you offers and updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us. You will still receive essential service messages about your account and Charging Sessions.

Our Services are meant for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

Our Website and App may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as maps and app stores. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before sharing your data with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on the Website and App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will notify you through the App or by email.
